Storyboard at Shepperton, a new aspirational and contemporary events destination is now open, setting the scene for weddings, celebrations and meetings up to 250 guests.
Storyboard at Shepperton adjoins The Holiday Inn London Shepperton, which has simultaneously undergone an extensive transformation to launch In The Wings Restaurant, Bar and Terrace to complement new wellness experiences and re-designed welcome areas, in addition to its 184 modern bedrooms with preferential rates for event guests.
Storyboard at Shepperton, a nod to the local film studios nearby, offers 810 square metres (8,719 square feet) of event space and is designed for grand and intimate occasions; stunning weddings, state-of-the-art meetings and eclectic celebrations within its five event studios.
Halo worked with the hotel operations team and appointed branding agency to create the concept and deliver the digital and print assets for Storyboard, whilst communicating the transformation taking place at the hotel to all key stakeholders.
To embed Storyboard as a leader in the events space for weddings, meetings and social events, complemented by the global recognition of the Holiday Inn brand, a sustained launch campaign was implemented to build awareness, drive enquiries and conversions.
A ‘behind the scenes’ hard hat showcase for meeting planners, future wedding couples, local residents and media, was central to building up awareness and support of Storyboard.
Following the launch, an ongoing omni-channel campaign, across digital, print, media relations and in-person showcases will continue to drive awareness and conversions for short-lead business as well as longer-lead opportunities for 2022.
