In 2019, Halo was tasked with devising a marketing plan and executing immediate marketing activity for UK hospitality brand, Almarose Hotels & Resorts following a recent acquisition, which saw the complete restructure of the revenue, sales and marketing operations.
Ashleigh became their 'virtual' Marketing Director, undertaking a full audit of their marketing & PR activity to create both immediate and long-term marketing plans to continue to build awareness of the hotels’ portfolio in target leisure and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conference and Events) markets.
We supported the company’s existing digital marketing team by providing a full web audit and implementing a standard operating procedure for future website updates for each hotel in the group.
We then complemented digital activity with off-line marketing campaigns, including undertaking direct marketing campaigns for leisure and MICE markets, providing recommendations for the implementation of new brand guidelines and creating a proposed marketing resource structure that is now being implemented by the company as part of their commercial restructure.
