THE RESIDENT - A NEW BRITISH HOTEL BRAND LAUNCHES

The Resident launches with four properties in London (Covent Garden, Soho, Victoria, Kensington) and one in the heart of Liverpool city centre. Formerly The Nadler, The Resident, offers 379 stylish rooms in carefully chosen urban neighbourhoods, putting the guest firmly at the centre of the brand. 

Working alongside the Head of Marketing, Halo supported the transition from Nadler to The Resident by implementing a host of rebrand initiatives and helping to implement their guest recognition strategy. 

As well as delivering day to day tactical marketing initiatives, we developed brand tone of voice for guest communication, including the copywriting of brochures, advertising campaigns, guest welcome collateral and member newsletters.
