Ashleigh has extensive experience as an in-house Marketing & Communications Director, with eight years with Starwood Hotels & Resorts in London, Turnberry and Thailand. In 2014, she implemented the pre-opening communications to launch Shangri-La Hotel, At The Shard in London.
She has also worked at some of the top London-based PR agencies including PRCO, The Massey Partnership and Luchford. She has supported the launch of acclaimed real estate developments including 432 Park Avenue and Hudson Yards in New York as well as Four Seasons Ten Trinity Square in London. In addition, Ashleigh has represented Asia's leading PR agency, Shine PR, as its UK PR Consultant since its inception in 2010.
Ashleigh’s core competencies include hotel and residence launches, global marketing & PR strategy, media relations, crisis communications, brand management, collateral production, photoshoots, filming, direct marketing and partnership marketing.
In 2019, Ashleigh was honoured to be appointed as an Entrepreneur in Residence and member of the Alumni Leadership Circle at Sheffield Hallam University Business School.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & OPERATIONS
Michael is a senior hospitality professional with 15 years' experience leading the front of house teams in luxury international hotels and resorts.
During his tenure with Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Michael led customer experience departments, conducted Six Sigma operation innovation initiatives and was part of the pre-opening task force for two London hotel openings.
Most recently, Michael was the Reception Manager at The Goring in London, the only hotel with a Royal Warrant from Her Majesty, The Queen. In 2015, Michael helped the hotel win the coveted five-star rating from the Forbes Travel Guide and win the AA London Hotel of the Year in 2017.
Michael is passionate about providing clients with excellent service and has spent his career developing teams to exceed the expectations of some of the world's most discerning clientele. With a keen eye for detail and a devotion to finding solutions, Michael ensures that all processes are optimised to allow employees to concentrate on making personal connections and tailor the service experience for guests.
