THE RE-OPENING OF VOCO ST JOHN'S SOLIHULL
The 201-room and largest conference hotel in Solihull, voco™ St. John’s, Solihull, has recently reopened following an exclusive contract and a series of transformative refurbishments. The iconic 710sqm Park Suite, which can accommodate up to 800 guests, has undergone a full transformation alongside a refresh of eight of its smaller meeting rooms, within its 1,230sqm of events space. The hotel’s guest rooms, lobby, bar and Brasserie, six5one, were fully remodelled in 2019 to reflect voco vibrant, bold and distinctive interior design.
Located in the heart of Solihull, the hotel is within walking distance to the town centre and Solihull Train Station and just five miles from Birmingham Airport and the National Exhibition Centre (NEC).
Halo created and delivered an omni-channel re-launch campaign for voco™ St. John’s, Solihull to re-engage target markets and embed the hotel as a leader in the events space for weddings, meetings and social events, complemented by the global recognition of the voco brand.
Our campaign activity included email marketing, performance marketing and social media engagement. We undertook a PR campaign that delivered significant coverage in the hospitality trade in Boutique Hotelier, Hotel Owner, Breaking Travel News, RPBI News and local media, Birmingham Live and The PA Guide and drove lead generation for hotel events.
